Troubleshooting HAVS Protect Manager

The Supervisor Tool is part of Copyl, our platform for managing team data. You log in to Copyl using the same credentials as in the HAVS Protect app.

Your data is always saved in the system, even if you experience login issues or temporary errors.


Common Recommendations Before Troubleshooting

  1. Check your internet connection.
    Switch to another network (Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot) if needed.
  2. Restart your browser.
  3. Try a different browser.
    Recommended browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari.
  4. Try using another computer if possible.

Forgot Your Password?

You can reset your password directly in Copyl.

Go to: https://app.copyl.com/en/account/forgot

Enter your email and follow the instructions in the email you receive.

Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.


Can’t Log In to Copyl?

Have You Logged In Before?

If this is your first time logging in, your account needs to be verified.

  • Check your inbox for a verification email from Copyl.
  • Click the link in the email to activate your account.

If you did not receive the email, or you still can’t log in after verifying, contact [email protected].

HAVS Protect Manager Page is Blank/Empty

If the page loads completely blank, this is caused by a loading error.

Quick Fixes

  1. Log out and log back in:
    • Click the profile icon (top right) in Copyl and select Log out.
    • This clears temporary settings.
    • Log back in and try again.
  2. Clear browser cookies and cache:
    • This step helps remove old or corrupted session data.
    • Search for “clear cookies and cache” followed by your browser name for step-by-step instructions.
