This return policy applies exclusively to business customers purchasing from HAVS Protect. As a Swedish company, we adhere to applicable Swedish laws and regulations. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be accepted.
1. General Conditions for Returns
1.1 Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
1.2 All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
1.3 Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage (e.g., charging the sensor in sub-zero temperatures).
- Products altered, modified, or used in ways contrary to our operating instructions.
- Software licenses, subscriptions, or services (e.g., HAVS Protect Manager or cloud storage).
3. Return Process
3.1 To request a return:

- Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions, including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3.2 Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
4. Inspection and Refunds
4.1 Once the product is received, we will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for return.
4.2 Approved returns will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees (e.g., shipping, restocking fees).
4.3 If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping method. HAVS Protect is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Warranty

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 HAVS Protect’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
