Get Started with the Supervisor Tool (HAVS Protect Manager)

The HAVS Protect Manager is a powerful web tool that lets you monitor teams of workers and set individual vibration alarm thresholds for each worker. All documentation related to risk management, vibration calculations, and vibration history is stored in one place, giving you easy access to review and manage your team’s exposure data at any time.

Purchase a License for the Supervisor Tool

To access the Supervisor Tool, you need a valid license. You can purchase one directly through our secure payment pages:

Once purchased, log in to Copyl. It can take up to one minute for the license to activate. You will see the HAVS Protect Manager tool in the menu on the startpage, and you will get automatically redirected to the tool if you only have one tool in Copyl.

How to Get Started with the Supervisor Tool

The Supervisor Tool works best on a computer but is also accessible from mobile devices.

The tool is hosted on Copyl, a platform provided by our sister company.

Log in to Copyl

1. Activate Your License

This section is for you who got a license to HAVS Protect Manager from your purchase.

To activate your license, the supervisor must first create a user account in the HAVS Protect app.

Tip:
For easy team management, we recommend that all workers use their work email addresses when registering.

Register and Assign Your License

Download the app and create your account.
Each worker also creates their own account.
Email support@havs.io and inform us which email address should have the Supervisor license.
We’ll confirm once the license is activated.
(You may need to log out and back in to Copyl after activation.)
Log in to Copyl using the same email you registered in the app.
On the Copyl homepage, you’ll find the link to HAVS Protect Manager.

2. Add Monitoring for Your Workers

Once your license is active, you can start monitoring your workers.

In HAVS Protect Manager, find the button called “Data Sharing Request” in the Alarm box.
Use this tool to send sharing requests to your workers.
All registered workers in your company will appear in the list. Select a worker and click Request Permission.
(This sends an email to the worker asking them to approve the sharing request.)
If a worker’s email domain does not match your company’s, you’ll need to invite them as an external user. Once invited, they will appear in your list, and you can make a Data Sharing Request.

3. Set Alarms for Workers

Once connected, you can set individual vibration alarms for each worker.

In the Manager tool, click the “+” button in the Alarm widget head.
Choose the worker and set their vibration threshold.
Enter a title and message for the alarm notification.
You can also choose to create a task in Copyl when the alarm triggers. It’s good for documentation and also gives the supervisor a tool to follow up on thresholds.
You will always receive a push notification in the HAVS Protect app when an alarm is triggered, both your own and your connected worker’s.
